Submissions

Authors are invited to submit full papers or extended abstracts.

The full papers will be published in the Springer series : Lecture Notes in Geoinformation and Cartography (LNG&C) series.

The extended abstracts will be included in conference proceedings (Ecole Centrale publishing book).

Reviewing is done based on full paper written in English according to the Springer formatting guidelines.

All papers must be submitted in PDF format.

The page limit for full papers is 12 pages. Please follow strictly this limit and all styling rules, otherwise paper is automatically rejected. Also, notice that a paper submitted to OGRS2009 cannot be under review for any other conference or journal during the time it is being considered for the symposium. All submissions must be original unpublished work written in English that is currently not under review elsewhere. The submitted papers will be thoroughly reviewed by members of the international scientific committee and refereed for their quality, originality and relevance. Consists of an extended abstract of original and unpublished research work, which you will be prompted to enter in the online submission system. High-quality scientific and strategic submissions will be accepted for presentation at the conference and published in the Ecole Centrale publishing book (with ISBN) as a short paper (up to 2000 words). Papers must be written in English.

Labs reviewing is done based on extended abstract.

In addition to the abstract, authors will have to upload enriched documents so to be included in conference proceedings. There are no specific guidelines but tutorial documents are only accepted in PDF format.

Showcases reviewing is done based on extended abstract.
